If you are interested in purchasing an item from our online gallery or if you have in mind something you would like us to create or personalize for you, here is what to do:

- Send us an email at: faktor@faktorinc.com describing all the requirements regarding the item you would like to purchase or custom order.
Please include as much details as possible - size, length, color, materials, allergy information, etc.

- We will then answer your e-mail with detailed info regarding your enquiry (availability, colors and materials,
approximate delivery dates, actual price, deposits required etc.)

- If you decide to confirm the order we will send you a mail with the
secure link to Faktor Inc. PayPal account and further details for finalizing payment.

PayPal business account will accept credit cards even if you do not have a Paypal account and there is no extra or hidden charges.
You are not required to set up a Paypal account to pay by credit card.
No personal credit card information is visible to, or retained by us in any file.

Besides online payments trough PayPal, we accept personal cheques, and other online or offline banking payment methods.

All domestic and international orders are shipped exclusively by Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. That way we both are sure your goods will reach you safely. Proof of posting is kept for all orders.

Our current rates are:

- Shipping costs inside Europe (Priority mail with delivery confirmation = € 10

- Shipping costs outside Europe (Priority mail with delivery confirmation ) = € 12.50

• If you would like something shipped faster - special services can be accommodated for an extra charge, depending on the services requested ( UPS Express, or Fed Ex for example)
Please contact us with details of your order and the date for which you require the articles and we we can work out the details and extra costs.

• All in-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment (except orders placed during the weekend, they may take up to 48 hours).

• Custom orders will ship as soon as possible. We will communicate with you approximate delivery dates, deposits required, etc.

Throughout the purchase period we will keep in contact with you, and will notify you by e-mail:

1. - a confirmation of your order and more information about the availability, additional options, and in case of custom orders - approximate completion dates.

2. - a confirmation of payment as soon as we see that a payment has come in, and shipping date.

3. - final mail - as soon as the order is shipped

We offer following custom order services:

1. Exclusive designs and fabrication for individual jewelry pieces, fashion accessories and small Objet d'Art pieces.
Something for particular and distinctive taste, for special occasions. or a specific outfit.

Mail us a short info, describe the occasion, your needs, wishes and questions.
We'll provide you with ideas, suggestions, a price quote for your custom piece, as well as the deposit sum required, and an approximate completion date.
Free of charge.

2. We also specialize in so called 'remakes' - turning old, treasured jewellery that are perhaps too outdated to wear or damaged - into up-to-the-date styles that can be worn again and enjoyed.

3. Necklace and bracelet lengths, colors and metal components can be custom made to the specifications of the client.

4. Jewelry restoration, and repairs (free of charge for all Faktor Inc. jewellery)

5. Earrings findings can be custom made to the specification of the client (clip/ pierced/ sterling silver / gold / gold-filled / platina / anti-allergic...etc).

6. Limited edition orders and/or production of an existing Faktor Inc. design or an client supplied jewelry design (to qualified businesses only) Mail us for details.

returns, exchanges, repairs
We guarantee the workmanship, the quality and durability of our products.

However, if, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, please e-mail prior to sending back any return or exchange item.

We have tried to develop a Return Policy that is fair, because we truly want you to be happy with your purchase.

• We accept returns of undamaged item within 15 days of receipt.

• Merchandise must be in original condition, handled with care, to guarantee store credit.

• Store credit will be issued worth full purchase price minus shipping charges.

• Costs of shipping merchandise back to Faktor Inc are the responsibility of the customer.

We inspect items as we package them to ensure no item is damaged before shipment.

However, should anything be faulty or damaged - we ask you to do the following:

• contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your merchandise by phone or email for instruction for return.

In such a case the costs of shipping merchandise will be refunded by Faktor Inc.

• No refund or exchange will be given for buyer induced damage.

• We will gladly re-string or repair any items that suffer mishaps during normal wear and handling.

• Exchanges will be allowed for in-stock items that are the incorrect size and overall product dissatisfaction.

• All custom orders are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be given on custom order items.

• We try to describe our items accurately and advise you to pay careful attention to the description, size specifics and picture of an item.

• Photographs of the articles on this site may vary in color depending on your monitor and computer's display settings.

Please keep in mind that colors are generally richer and more accurate on regular monitor screens than on laptop and flat-panel displays.

If you place an order, sign our guest book, or submit feedback, your name and e-mail address is captured.

• We currently use PayPal's secure site & payment services to process credit cards.

That means that Faktor Inc. does not have access to- or does not electronically store customers payment information.

You will only enter your credit card information, billing and shipping addresses into a PayPal's secure processing system with each order placed.
